4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms for services, including memberships, training packages, and challenges, are disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All sales are final.

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Pricing may be changed at any time for future purchases or renewals.

Any specific cancellation, refund, or membership terms provided in a separate written agreement will apply to that service.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by program and will be communicated at signup or in the applicable membership or service agreement.

Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not automatically qualify you for a credit or refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account or register for services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages or data usage. Glatter Fitness is not responsible for carrier charges.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Glatter Fitness.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
