It’s the most common concern, and you are not alone! Our bootcamps are designed for all levels. The group energy is uplifting, not competitive. Our coaches prioritize proper form and offer multiple intensity options for every exercise, ensuring you get a fantastic workout at your own pace.
Each Bootcamp starts with a calisthenic warm up to get your body ready. Then you’ll do a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength based exercises. The session finishes with stretches to aid recovery and improve mobility. Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, and trainers guide you throughout.
Our bootcamp is specifically designed for weight loss, accountability, and results. By combining HIIT with a structured meal plan and weekly weigh ins, we help you achieve your fat loss goals faster.
For the best results, we recommend attending 3 to 4 sessions per week. With 26 sessions running across mornings and evenings each week, it’s easy to find times that fit your schedule.
We keep Bootcamp classes small, with a maximum of 24 participants. This ensures you get personal attention, proper coaching, and a supportive environment. Small class sizes make it easier to stay accountable and get the most out of every workout.
Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and your energy! Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all the necessary equipment, from weights to resistance bands. Show up as you are and we’ll take care of the rest.
